At the moment, we only ship products to Chile, Brazil, Mexico, USA, Spain, France, London, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Austria.
The purchase of products on shop.oliverwater.com is subject to payment of shipping costs at the buyer's expense.
Shipping costs will depend on the destination and the weight of the products purchased. In any case, the actual shipping costs will be detailed throughout the purchasing process and the buyer will have the opportunity to review these costs before finalizing their purchase.
For national shipments, the customer must take into account additional customs costs that will be borne by them.
The information on delivery times is estimated and referred to in business days. The order will be processed within a maximum period of 24 working hours from the payment date, except in specific cases in which more days are necessary for the preparation of the order.
OLIVER WATER is not responsible for the delay of the order in the estimated delivery time, since it is carried out by a company external to OLIVER WATER. The client must indicate to the carrier, at the time of delivery and on the delivery note, any irregularity in the order (breakages, lack of merchandise, wrong products), in the event of a subsequent claim, OLIVER WATER will not be responsible. . OLIVER WATER is responsible for managing breakages in cases of claims or breakages prior to delivery of the order.
The delivery of the order will be made to the address designated by the customer in the order form, as long as it is within the aforementioned delivery area.
In the event of the recipient's absence and whenever possible, a delivery note will be left with the information necessary to arrange a new delivery to the recipient's home or the necessary instructions for the recipient to pick up the product at a certain location. In any case, after 7 days have elapsed since the last delivery attempt without the order being able to be delivered, it will be returned to origin and the contract will be terminated.
The order will be delivered in the shortest possible time and, if possible, within the estimated delivery time, always within 30 calendar days from the confirmation of the order. The estimated delivery time in the order is informative, not contractual. In the event that 30 calendar days are exceeded, the customer may cancel the order at no cost and receive a full refund.
Deliveries will be made on business days, Monday to Friday excluding holidays, and during business hours, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
