Refund policy

Cancellations and returns.

Orders can be canceled without charge until the moment the shipment is processed. If the request to cancel the order arrives once it has already been prepared, it will be considered a return. Returns can be made up to 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of the product. To accept the return, the product must meet the following specifications:

• Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, manipulated or exposed to inappropriate conditions.
• It is mandatory to return the products in their original packaging, correctly protected and in perfect condition for their subsequent sale.
• Returns will not be accepted for any package that lacks the following identification elements: name, surname, shipping address and order number.
• A copy of the proof of purchase and the delivery note for the products must be included inside the package, where the returned products are also indicated.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can notify us at the email address info@oliverwaters.com, indicating the identification, the email used for the purchase and the order number.

Returns will not be accepted that have not been previously notified.

The return of merchandise will give rise to a refund of the full amount in the same way that the payment was made.

Shipping costs and other procedures associated with returning the product will be borne by the customer. In addition, the latter will be responsible for any damage, damage or harm suffered by the product in the return process. In the event that the order arrives incorrectly or in poor condition, due to transport, OLIVER WATER will be responsible for all shipping costs, taking into account that the merchandise has not been used, altered or manipulated and in the case of If you require it, we will resend the order or refund the full amount in the same way the payment was made. You will also be responsible for the return and subsequent shipping costs.

There is no refund in the cases contemplated in article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. In an enumerative but not limiting manner, returns are not possible in the case of personalized or perishable products without prejudice to the above.
